Democratic Club President Karl Pence has been appointed by Governor O'Malley as Chairman of the Higher Education Labor Relations Board.

Democratic Club 1st Vice President Calvin Brien has been appointed to fill a vacancy on the St. Mary's County Democratic Central Committee.

Democratic Club 2nd Vice President Ellen Scott has been selected as one of President Obama's at-large delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC. Click here to see the letter from Governor O'Malley.
