What is it?
The Democratic Central Committee (DCC) is the official representative of the Democratic Party in St. Mary's County. Seven people are elected to the committee during the Democratic Primary of a gubernatorial election year (2006, 2010, etc.), and one person is appointed.

The Executive Board of the the Democratic Club of St. Mary's County consists of the elected officers (President, 1st Vice President,
2nd Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and three non-voting ex officio members: the Parliamentarian, the Website Administrator, and the Newsletter Editor.
