Mark your calendar -- it has been a long election season -- come and have some fun!

The National Student/Parent Mock Election (NSPME) is pleased to announce that the 2008 Mock Election will be carried out -- with the collaboration of Google -- in schools all across Maryland, as well as in all 50 states, Washington D.C., and in American schools overseas. Google will collect all the votes and host the national election headquarters for the NSPME at its Washington, D.C.

The event will be held at the Knight Life Club, (formerly Jolly Gents)
Rt 235, 26130 Three Notch Road Mechanicsville, MD 20659. T-shirts on sale, and Voter Registration.

The fundraising event for Obama that was to be held at the Rod & Reel in Chesapeake Beach has been canceled.
