The Bylaws were adopted unanimously at a Club Meeting on 24 May 2005.
October Democratic Club Meeting
The Democratic Club will meet on Monday October 20, 2008 at Petruzzi's in the Wildwood Plaza. Mr. Terry Lierman, former Chair of the Maryland Democratic Party and Chief of Staff to Congressman Steny Hoyer will be our guest speaker. This will be the last meeting before the General Election. Mr.

Article VIII: Procedures (SMC Club Bylaws)
Section 1. Vacancy of an Elected office. In the event of the vacancy of an elected office, except for the Presidency, the majority of the Executive Board shall appoint a Club member to serve as a temporary replacement until the next official election of officers.
